STEMLabs are an Experiential Learning Based Education Company, that encourages learning STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) through building and playing with STEM Models. They strive to change the education system for a better tomorrow with their experiential learning methods, that uses robotic engineering kit and other similar educational kits that encourages children to construct endless number of models along animated user-friendly software.
The STEMLab team believes that engaging children using their custom designed education kit and sets for kids will motivate them to learn, understand and develop an interest in STEM.
They intend to inculcate skills that allow children to generate ideas and weigh decisions intelligently through problem solving and critical thinking capability. The goal of the STEMlab classes is to help our children move enthusiastically towards DICE – DESIGN, THINKING, INNOVATION, CREATIVITY and ENTREPRENEURSHIP.
Living Values Education is a way of conceptualizing education that promotes the development of values-based learning communities and places the search for meaning and purpose at the heart of education. LVE emphasizes the worth and integrity of each person involved in the provision of education, in the home, school and community. In fostering quality education, LVE supports the overall development of the individual and a culture of positive values in each society and throughout the world, believing that education is a purposeful activity designed to help humanity flourish.
The Edison Club is an initiative to introduce children in the world of creative problem solving and AI. The club is designed to provide opportunities to learn about and hear from experts working in various fields on how they contribute towards the global community. FloMont boasts of a rich parent community and a network of people across industries that make the Edison club a rich experience at school.
The Karate classes at FloMont are conducted by the Nihon Shotokan Karate Association – India. They are members of Karate India Organisation, South Asian Karate Federation, Asian Karate Federation and World Karate Federation. They are also members of the International Olympic Committee.
Karate classes for children at FloMont, are instrumental in instilling discipline, enhancing body posture and movement, hand to eye coordination as well physical fitness. The coaches are well trained and friendly and enjoy a good rapport with all our students.
A Multi-disciplined musician, with over 30 year of teaching experience looking to impart musical training, Mr. Lewis conducts classes at Flomont to help students discover their talents in music. He plays various instruments such as Piano, Guitar, Keyboard and drums. Our children learn the keyboard and the guitar under his expert tutelage. Mr. Lewis also trains our children in vocal singing.
