These classes are conducted for<br>children six years and above on two Saturdays of the month.<br>The strengths on focus at the academy include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Communication and Oration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problem solving and Innovation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leadership and Team Building<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creativity and Entrepreneurship<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These strengths are based on the four domains of development:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Executing Domain<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Influencing Domain<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relationship Building Domain<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strategic Thinking Domain<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Children are provided with challenges and tasks to complete in groups based on their strength<br>grouping. A facilitator is present to help ideate and encourage children to complete the task at hand<br>and document their work. Flomont hosts a final showcase in the form of the \u201cStrength\u2019s Festival\u201d to<br>provide our parent community an insight into what the children have accomplished through the<br>year.
